A military assault in Iraq's Diyala province, timed for August 1st, will involve around 30,000 Iraqi soldiers and policemen. Diyala province is the bastion of al-Qaeda [al-CIAduh] fighters in Iraq. Iraqi military officials have leaked the news that the soldiers and police personnel will take part in the crackdown.
