David Miliband tells Russia it must avoid starting a new Cold War

David Miliband launched one of his strongest attacks on Russia when he told the Kremlin it has a "big responsibility" to avoid a new Cold War. During an official visit to Ukraine, the British Foreign Secretary accused Russia of trying to "redraw the map" of Europe by recognising Georgia's breakaway regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. [The US, Israel and Georgia are dying to start a hot one, preferably before the 2008 'elections.']
